Sesame Seed, White, Hulled Sesame seeds have been used for 2,000 years in China, we now use it in or on breads, rolls and cakes, vegetables, rice, meat, and noodle dishes. To toast sesame seeds, place on a cookie sheet and roast for 5-10 minutes at 350°.
