Saigon cinnamon is our highest oil content and strongest cinnamon. So flavorful and sweet you'll never want any other. Great in any recipe that calls for ground cinnamon. The spice can be used for cooking in desserts, donuts, tea, or cocoa. Cinnamon is said to help the digestive system or to help with the common cold.
