Carob Chips, Unsweetened Our Carob chips are unsweetened and can be used as a chocolate substitute and are favored by people who want to avoid added sweeteners of any kind.

Carob is a tree-grown fruit with its own natural sugars that impart subtle sweetness and a mellow taste, that has its own flavor characteristics.

Ingredients: Carob Powder, Partially hydrogenated palm kernel oil, sorbitan monostearate (an emulsifier),Soy Lecithin (an emulsifier).

Can be used in baked goods and candies and is lower in fat than chocolate and has no caffeine.
