A great mix for French onion soup at home. Top with grated cheese and croutons.
Mix 1/2 cup heaping of soup mix with 2 1/2 cups warm water. Blend water and soup mix in a saucepan with a wire whisk. Bring to a boil while stirring. Reduce heat, simmer 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and let steam for 5 minutes to allow onions to fully hydrate. serve.
