New England Clam Chowder
New England Clam Chowder is made by taking 3/4 cup chowder mix to 2 1/2 cups water or milk. Combine with a wire whisk and bring to a boil while stirring. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minute. Turn off heat, cover and let steam for 5 minutes.
