Cream of potato soup is a crowd pleaser on a cold winter day. Add chicken cubes or sausage for added flavor.
Directions: 3/4 heaping cup mix, 2 /12 cups of water or milk. Stir soup mix into water/milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Then reduce heat & simmer 6 minutes partially covered (stir occasionally). Remove from heat,cover and let steam for 5-10 minutes before serving. Yield 1 1/2 cups.
