Cream of Mushroom Soup Mix

This cream of mushroom soup mix is a local recipe for great soup just by adding milk or water. Try it in your casseroles.
Use: Add 1/2 cup of mix to 2 1/2 cups water or milk. Bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cover - let steam for 10 minutes. Yields: Approx. 2 1/2 cups. Ingredients: Non-dairy creamer, wheat flour, hydrolyzed soy protein, mushrooms, maltodextrin, salt, butter powder, torula yeast, onion powder, parsley, xanthan gum, spices, caramel color, natural and artificial flavor, tumeric.
