Tuscany Pasta & Bean Soup (No MSG) is excellent served with fresh salad and Italian Bread or add it to leftover roast beef or Italian Sausage and vegetables.
Boil 2 1/2 cups of water and then add 3/4 cup of soup mix. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer for 15-20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat, cover and let steam about 5 minutes. Serve
Optional: add shredded cabbage, diced zucchini or spinach. Add small cubed ham or chicken.
