Creamy chicken noodle soup is just what the doctor ordered when you are feeling down.
A 1 lb. package makes approximately 1 gallon of soup or 6 batches of 2 1/2 cups.
1/2 cup Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup Mix
2 1/2 cups water
Boil water and add the noodle soup mix. Stir frequently and reduce heat to a low boil. Simmer for 5 minutes, cover and remove from heat and let steam for 5 minutes. Serve.
Serving suggestions: Add chicken or turkey as well as cooked or frozen vegetables.
