Chunky potato soup is just plain good. Add corn, polish sausage, ham or bacon for extra flavor.
Mix 3/4 heaping cup of soup mix to 2 1/2 cups water or milk. Combine liquid & mix well with wire whisk. Bring to boil while stirring constantly (to avoid scorching). When soup begins to boil, reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and let steam for 5-10 minutes before serving. Makes approx. 2 1/2 cups.
