Coney Mix from Fort Wayne Fort Wayne, Indiana is known for its many Coney dog restaurants. We've got a spice mix to let you create a Coney hot dog sauce perfectly every time.

Ingredients: Light chili powder, onion & garlic powder, paprika, salt, & spices.

Instructions: Brown or boil 1 lb of hamburger with 1/3 cup of onion. Mix 1/3 cup of coney spice with 1/4 cup water and add to hamburger. Add additional water to achieve desired consistency. Simmer 1/2 hour. Ground beef can be ground finer in a food processor after cooking but before adding rest of ingredients.
