Jerky Mix, Teriyaki Beef
Teriyaki beef jerky mix suggested directions for use: Place 10 pounds of lean 1/4" thick strips of meat in a vacuum tumbler, add 7.5 oz. of water, the packet of cure and the seasoning. Vacuum tumble for 20 minutes on a slow speed. Hang strips of meat on hooks or lay on screens.
Ingredients: blended of dextrose, salt, hydrolyzed soya protein, sugar, spices, extractives of onion, garlic, and spices, sodium erythorbate (1.04%), and less than 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking.
