Teriyaki beef jerky mix suggested directions for use: Place 25 pounds of lean 1/4" thick strips of meat in a vacuum tumbler, add 18.75 oz. of water, the packet of cure and the seasoning. Vacuum tumble for 20 minutes on a slow speed. Hang strips of meat on hooks or lay on screens.
