Salami, Cotto Cotto Salami Mix is complete with curing salt. Mix with meat and it's ready to go into your smoker.

Ingredients: Blended of salt, corn syrup solids (34.04%), spices, sodium phosphates (6.38%), sodium erythorbate (.93%), garlic powder, mustard (.64%) and less than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.
