New Mexico Style Salsa Mix
New Mexico Style Salsa Mix Directions: 3 1/2 tablespoons of salsa mix to one 14.5 oz can of chopped tomatoes and one 15 oz. can of tomato sauce and juice from one fresh lime. Mix and let stand for one hour before using. Adjust spice quantity to suit individual taste.

FYI: 3 1/2 tablespoons is approx. 1 ounce Onions and green peppers can be added too.
