Chocolate flavoring is a concentrated unsweetened chocolate flavor. Great to boost the essence of flavors in ice cream, baking, shakes and even wine.
Add 1 oz. to 3 gallons of strawberry or cherry wine to boost flavor.
Flavoring oils are three times stronger than Extracts or natural oils. When using a recipe that calls for an extract make sure that you use 1/3 the amount if you are substituting a flavoring oil.
