Root Beer Extract is great for candy making or root beer.
Contents: Propylene glycol, water and flavors.
Directions for making root beer: 4 gallons water, 4 pounds sugar, 1/2 teaspoon yeast. Mix water and sugar together until dissolved. Put yeast in 1 pint warm water to dissolve. Pour in with water and sugar. Add 2 oz. of root beer extract. Mix well and bottle immediately. For a better tasting root beer, keep out of direct sunlight. Should be ready in 2-3 days.
