Fruit & Vegetable whitener is a mixture of Citric Acid, Calcium Chloride, Ascorbic Acid and Sodium Pyrophosphate to keep vegetables white. Use on Potatoes, Cauliflower, Apples or any white vegetable.
Usage: 8 oz. per 1 gallon cold water. Soak in solution 4-5 minutes. Pack in plastic bags. Seal & refrigerate. Make fresh solution each day.
