Amish Pantry Biscuit Mix

Our biscuit mix makes terrific biscuits with no worry. Makes great shortckae too... just add sugar.
Combine 2 1/4 cups biscuit mix and 2/3 cup milk. Mix with fork to a soft dough consistency. If dough is too sticky, gradually add up to 1/4 cup mix to make dough easy to handle. Dust surface with biscuit mix. Roll dough in mix to coat. Knead gently 10 times. Roll 1/2" thick and cut into biscuits. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 minutes at 450 degrees.
